Job Description: Construction Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction operations and management
• Oversee daily construction activities and progress
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and quality standards
• Manage construction teams and subcontractors
• Implement and maintain safety protocols
• Coordinate technical execution of complex industrial infrastructure
• Resolve on-site technical and logistical challenges
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction progress reports

Technical Responsibilities

• Manage construction site logistics
• Supervise equipment installation
• Coordinate complex industrial infrastructure development
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Industrial construction regulations
  • Safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Professional Experience:

  • 7-10 years in industrial construction management
  • Proven experience in large-scale industrial facility construction
  • Background in manufacturing or renewable energy infrastructure

• Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of industrial construction processes
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management techniques
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools
